Mental Crises and Emergencies
The Berlin Crisis Service provides fast and professional assistance for issues including psychosocial crises and acute mental and psychiatric emergencies. Our advice is free of charge and available 365 days a year around the clock. People in need of assistance can be helped personally, by phone, and in extreme situations on site at nine Berlin locations without an appointment.
The emergency drug service provides advice on all questions and concerns relating to drug use and addiction. They offer both immediate help in situations of crises and help to arrange your transfer into different facilities for detox, therapy, post-therapeutic-help and self-help groups. See also their flyer

Queer
A counselling center for gay and bisexual men, trans* and inter* people, people living with HIV/Aids and their relatives or partners.
A counselling center for lesbians, bisexual women, trans*, inter*, non-binary and queer people. They also offer free legal advice.
The Sonntags-Club is an event, information & counselling center for gay, lesbian, bisexual and trans people as well as for all friends and interested parties. They offer psychosocial counselling and various groups that meet regularly.
The Berlin HIV Aid offers counseling and personal advice on all questions relating to HIV and AIDS. They also have groups and an HIV-STI testing center.
Trans / Nonbinary
Queer living / Inter-Trans-Counselling Center
A counseling center for trans*, inter* and non-binary people. They offer counselling and support for people who identify as trans, inter or non-binary or who are questioning their gender identity. Their advice and support is available for people of all ages, their families and people who work in the field. See also the flyer.
Transinterqueer is a social center and self-advocacy organization of and for trans*, inter* and non-binary people. They offer psychosocial and professional counseling, group meetings, further education and training, leisure and support activities, art and cultural events, a library and much more. Besides offering advice to lesbians, gays, and bisexuals surrounding all of the major life questions, such as coming out, sexuality, and relationship problems, one of their main focuses is counselling for trans people. They offer counselling in relation to identity, changes in a partnership and social context, as well as many other questions that go along with the trans*identity process.
BIPOC
GLADT is an organization of black and PoC lesbians, gays, bisexuals, Trans*, Inter* and queers in Berlin. A special focus of their work is on the topics of multiple discrimination and intersectionality, meaning the overlap and interactions of different forms of discrimination and their specific resulting experiences. They offer psychosocial counselling as well as groups and workshops.
Les Migras is a counselling center for Lesbians, Bisexual women, Trans*, Inter*, Non-Binary and Queer people that focuses on intersectionality and multiple discriminations as the center of their work. Furthermore, the LesMigraS Refugee-Team consists of Lawyers, Social Workers and Psychologists who support you in different languages. They offer free and specialised counselling services for LGBT*I*Q+ refugees in Berlin.
MILES offers psychosocial and legal counseling for LGBTIQ* refugees and LGBTIQ* with migration experiences as well as for their relatives. (Scroll down for the English version of their website)
Casa Kua - Medical Counselling Collective
The Medical Counselling Collective offers free holistic medical counseling for trans*, inter*, non-binary and/or queer individuals, centering BIPOC and those who cannot access health insurance. Casa Kua is both an alternative health structure and a community centre that is self-organised by trans* and non binary BIPoCs to make health more accessible to other trans*, inter*, non binary and queer people, and especially for those affected by racism
ReachOut is a counseling center for victims of right-wing and racist violence and threats in Berlin. ReachOut also advises victims of racial profiling and racist police violence. (Website in German)
As a psychological counseling center for victims of right-wing extremist, racist and anti-Semitic violence, they offer counseling for victims and their families. (Website in German)
Each One Teach One is a community based education and empowerment project with a focus on people of african origin. They offer various forms of counseling, including psychotherapeutic consultation hours about once a week. (Website in German)

Anti Discrimination Network Berlin
A counselling center for People living in Berlin that are facing racism and discrimination. They provide advice and support in case you have been or are being discriminated against because of: racism, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual identity or for any other discriminatory reason. Additionally they offer legal counselling.
Berlin Register for Discrimination
The Berliner Register wants to take action against discrimination and exclusion. They document incidents that happen in everyday life in Berlin, to make them visible and gain allies to take action against them. More info on their Flyer

Violence
Charité ambulance for documenting injuries after physical and sexual violence
People affected by violence can have their injuries examined and documented by a forensic doctor at the violence protection outpatient clinic. This is possible without reporting to the police and free of charge.
Schwulenberatung - TIN* Anti Violence Counseling
TIN* anti-violence counseling supports trans*, inter* and non-binary people who have experienced violence. One focus is on TIN* sex workers who are affected by violence. They also advise witnesses of TIN*-hostile violence and their relatives. (Website in German but they offer their services in other languages as well)
LARA - sexualized violence towards women*
LARA offers unbureaucratic assistance for women, girls, trans*, inter*, and non-binary persons over the age of 14, who have been raped, sexually abused and/or sexually harassed. They also offer free legal advice from experienced lawyers every Tuesday. See also their flyer
