and anxiety.

If we listen, emotions offer valuable information that can help

us form stronger relationships, avoid danger, and make better

decisions in life.

Especially after a busy Pride season, where many have made

multiple different/new experiences & gathered many

impressions, take the time now to check-in with yourself and
